Who Wrote the Bible?

The Bible was written by approximately 40 different human authors over 1,500 years — kings, shepherds, fishermen, prophets, and doctors. Christians believe these authors were inspired by the Holy Spirit, making the Bible both fully human and fully divine in its authorship.
